Gypsy Falls is one of our two waterfalls on site. It is fed by Rock Creek, which originates in the Tahoe area. Small groups of campers come down here to learn about the ecosystem, explore, hang out on the rocks or in the water, rappel off the top of the falls (climbing clinic), or maybe even pan for gold. Rock Creek was one of the main sites for gold panning during the California Gold Rush.
