As of November 23rd, Returning Campers and New Campers can
fill out the same interest form.

We will be sorting through the Returning Campers interest forms through December and will be contacting New Campers at the end of January with session availability.

Currently, we are processing “Intent to Register” forms for returning campers from the 2009 summer.  This will continue until mid-January.  In late January, after we have registered these returning campers, we will know how many spaces we have available for our new campers. 

Please note that in 2009 ALL waitlisted families that were flexible with dates
were offered a spot at Camp Augusta.

**More than one camper in a family can be entered on one form provided that their session choices are the same.  If you have more than one camper coming to camp next summer and they want different sessions please submit separate forms.

2010 Registration Timeline

End September-Mid January

Camp Augusta staff will be processing registrations for returning campers and accepting “New Camper Interest Forms” from new campers.

January 25th – 29th

The Camp Augusta office staff will be contacting new campers if a spot is open for your camper(s) in the session(s) that you have requested. (Please add office@campaugusta.org to your “safe” list so our e-mails do not end up in your spam file.)  If you do receive and accept a spot in the summer 2010 session, a registration form will be e-mailed to you.  This registration form must be received by the Camp Augusta office within one week of e-mail contact. In addition to the registration form, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be due.  This process allows for the other wait-list campers to be notified in time for them to make summer plans.

Monday,  February 15th

The full payment for tuition, including transportation fees, will be due.  If we have not received full payment by February 15th  your spot may be offered to another camper.

After February 15th

We will continue filling spots from our waiting list, as some spaces often open up after February 15th.  Registered campers can expect the parent packet of camp information in late March.
